IDENTIFIKASI ZAT PEWARNA DAN PEMANIS SINTETIS PADA KEMBANG GULA (HARUM MANIS) YANG DIJUAL DI SEKITAR SD 97 PALEMBANG TAHUN 2020
Abstract
Street food has become an inseparable part of people's lives, both in urban and rural areas, given the limited time for family members to process their own food. Various snacks are usually produced by home industries. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of Dyes (Rodhamin B) and Synthetic Sweeteners (Cyclamate) in Sugar Confectionery (Scented Sweet) which were sold around SD 97 Palembang in 2020. The method used. The type of research carried out was descriptive analytic with qualitative methods. The sampling site was held around SD 97 Palembang and research was carried out at the Water Food and Beverage Analyst Laboratory, Health Analyst Department, Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang. The results of this study were that of the 4 samples of confectionery (2 candies and 2 sugars) sold at SD 97 Palembang in 2020, all of them were 100% free of synthetic sweeteners and 2 50% samples contained Rodhamin B dye and 2 samples were not detected. The conclusion of this study is that the candy sold in sdn 97 palembang does not contain synthetic sweeteners.
