HUBUNGAN BERAT BADAN BAYI DAN LETAK JANIN DENGAN ROBEKAN PERINEUM PADA PERSALINAN FISIOLOGIS DI RS TK IV DR NOESMIR BATURAJA TAHUN 2017
Abstract
Bleeding of the puerperium is the leading cause of 40% of maternal deaths. A perineal rupture is the second cause after uterine atony. This is often the case in primiparas because at the time of the birth process does not get strong support resulting in perineal rupture. The wound is usually mild but sometimes there is also a large wound that can cause bleeding that can endanger the mother's life. This research use analytical method with cross sectional approach. The population in the study were all mothers of physiology at TK IV Hospital Dr Noesmir Baturaja Period from January to March of 2017, amounting to 83 deliveries. Data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using distribution table and Chi-Square statistical test, with 95% confidence degree. In bivariate analysis there was a significant relationship between infant weight with perineum rupture with p value 0.042 and no relation between fetal location with perineal rupture with p value 0,1000.
