Abstract

The occurrence of pregnancy cause change in estrogen, hormone progesterone, and the release of human chorionic gonadothropin (HCG) is suspected to cause hyper emesis gravidarum this study aims to know. The relationship between age, parity, and nutrional status of pregnant women with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum in Muhammadiyah  Hospital Palembang in years 2016. The disegn of this study ia an analytic survey. Where the variables studied inclide parity, age and nutrional status of pregnant women. The population of this study are all pregnant women who were treaded at the Hospital of Muhammadiyah Palembang Years 2016 which amounted to 2858 people. The result shows that 353 mothers found 34 hyperemesis gravidarum event (9,6) eith primigravida parity of 16 people (36,4) and a multigravida parity of 18 people with hyperemesis gravidarum (5,8) mother age at high risk of 16 people (15,8) and mother at low risk of 18 people (7,1) with hyperemesis gravidarum, while mother malnutrion status of 12 people (37,9) and mother normal nutrional status 22 people with hyperemesis gravidarum (7,9). From Chi – Square test obtained parity p value (0,000) Maternal age p value (0,021)while nutrionalα status p value(0,020) < α = 0,05 means there is correlation with hyperemesis gravidarum at Muhammadiyah Hospital Pelembang years 2016.
