HUBUNGAN ANTARA UMUR KEHAMILAN DAN PARTUS LAMA DENGAN KEJADIAN ASFIKSIA DI RSUD KOTA PRABUMULIH TAHUN 2016

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) in 2013 IMR in the world 34 per 1,000 live births, IMR in developing countries 37 per 1,000 live births in developed countries and AKB 5 per 1,000 live births. IMR in East Asia 11 per 1,000 live births, South Asia 43 per 1,000 live births, Southeast Asia 24 per 1,000 live births, and West Asia 21 per 1,000 live births (Warang, 2014). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gestational age and prolonged labor with asphyxia in hospitals Prabumulih 2016. This study uses Analytical Survey by using cross-sectional approach. The study population was all babies born in hospitals Prabumulih 2016, amounting to 1442 infants. The number of samples in this study were 313 respondents. On univariate analysis showed that there were infants with asphyxia were 124 respondents (39.6%) and were not experiencing asphyxia as many as 189 respondents (60.4%). High risk of gestational age 172 respondents (55.0%) and a lower risk of gestational age 141 respondents (45.0%). Who experienced prolonged labor that 183 respondents (58.5%) and who have not experienced prolonged labor 130 respondents (41.5%). Conclusions from this research is there is a significant association between gestational age and prolonged labor with asphyxia at City Hospital Prabumulih Tahun 2016.
