PEMBERIAN POSISI SEMI FOWLER PADA ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KLIEN TUBERCULOSIS PARU DI RUMAH SAKIT PALEMBANG TAHUN 2019
Abstract
Pulmonary Tuberculosis is an infection caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis which can attack various organs, especially the lungs with very varied symptoms. The purpose of the study was to provide nursing care to Mrs. "A" and Mr. "A" by giving the semi-Fowler position to patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Using a descriptive method with a case study approach. In men or women who meet the criteria for adult / adolescent age, there are two people with Pulmonary Tuberculosis. The results of the study on Mrs. "A" and Mr. "A" got complaints of shortness of breath and coughing up phlegm so that a nursing diagnosis appeared ineffective airway clearance related to increased sputum, the act of giving the semi-Fowler position to pulmonary tuberculosis clients the action was very effective. The results showed that there was no difference in problems between client 1, client 2 and the theory of pulmonary tuberculosis. So that the nursing problems that emerged were the same, the intervention was the same. After the author performed the act of giving the semi-Fowler position to Mrs. "A" and Mr. "A" with pulmonary tuberculosis for 10 days with 2 clients, the client said that the shortness of breath was reduced and it turned out that giving the semi-Fowler position was so effective on the client with pulmonary tuberculosis with the results of RR: 22 x/mnt and 21x/mnt . Based on the conclusion, the progress notes for the two pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were given a semi-fowler position, the results of the nursing evaluation for both Mrs "A" and Mr "A" the problem was resolved.
