HUBUNGAN ANTARA UMUR IBU DAN PARITAS DENGAN KEJADIAN PRE-EKLAMPSI BERAT DI RUMAH SAKIT MUHAMMADIYAH PALEMBANG TAHUN 2015
Abstract
Maternal mortality in the world as well as in Indonesia cause one is Pre-eclampsia. Pre- eclampsia marked with an increase in blood pressure that recently arose after reaching 20 Weeks gestation accompanied by weight gain fast due to mother's body swelled and on laboratory examination found the protein in the urine (proteinuria).The purpose of the study to find out the relationship between the mother's age and parity with pre-eclampsia weight in Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang by 2015. The population in this research is all the pregnant women who come to the hospital's obstetrics ward Muhammadiyah Palembang since January 2015 until August 2015 totaled 3106 people are expectant mothers who checked her pregnancy at the hospital Muhammadiyah Palembang. The sample uses random sampling techniques amounted to 317 respondents. Mothers who experience PEB (16.3%) less compared to not having PEB (83, 3%). Aged mother with high risk (21.1%) less compared with the age of the mother who is not risky (78, 9%). Parity of mother with high risk (18.3%) fewer compared to the parity of mothers who are not at risk (81, 7%). There is a relationship between the age of the mother with the Genesis PEB in hospital Muhammadiyah Palembang 2015 (p value = 0.002). There is a relationship between the mother's parity with Genesis PEB in hospital Muhammadiyah Palembang 2015 (p value = 0.008). Expected at the hospital Muhammadiyah Palembang can improve antenatal care in pregnant women with a risk factor mainly associated with maternal age and parity, to avoid the incidence of pre-eclampsia.
