FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN INTRA UTERINE FETAL DEATH (IUFD) DI RSUD DR. IBNU SUTOWO BATURAJA TAHUN 2017

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization fetus died in the womb with the weight of 500 grams or more or fetal death in the utero at 20 weeks or more. Data from medical records in hospital Dr. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja obtained that in 2015 of 1.750 expectant mother who give birth that found 71 (2,7%) intra uterine fetal death, While in 2016 of 1.725 expectent mother who give that found 60 (2,6%).The aims of this study is knowing tha factor which related with intra uterine fetal death at RSUD Dr. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja 2017 year. Variabel independen in reasearch are variety parity, antepartum bleeding, and month of pregnancy.This type of research is an analytical survey with Cross sectional approach. Data collection through check list. The population in this study were all pregnant women who gave birth in RSUD Dr. H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja Regency Ogan Komering Ulu 2016 year period januari - december. Sampling method is random sampling. Univariate and bivariate analysis.From the result of bivariate analysis, there was correlation between parity with intra uterine fetal death (p value 0,002), there was correlation between antepartum bleeding with intra uterine fetal death (p value 0,001), and there was correlation between gestational age and intra uterine fetal death (P value 0,001).Researchers provide advice for the RSUD Dr. Ibnu Sutowo to improve the extension program to pregnant mothers in order to prevent the occurrence of intra uterine fetal death (p value 0.001).
