HUBUNGAN MASA KERJA DAN PENDIDIKAN TENAGA KESEHATAN TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN TENTANG PERATURAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSI DI PUSKESMAS KEMALARAJA BATURAJA TIMUR TAHUN 2017

Abstract

Objective To know the relation of working period and education of health worker to the knowledge about the implementation of Exclusive Asi's regulation in UPTD Puskesmas Kemalaraja Baturaja Timur Tahun 2017. Research Method: Using cross sectional analytic survey. The population of this study is all health workers who provide health services in Puskesmas Kemalaraja East Baturaja Year 2017 amounted to 33 population. Sampling technique with total sampling which amounted to 33 population. Instruments in this study using check-list. Using univariate and bivariate analyzes with SPSS persi 16. Results: Of 33 respondents who were knowledgeable about the application of 54.5% exclusive regulation, respondents who had a long working period of 63.6%, and respondents who have a proffesional education 63.6%. Based on the result of bivariate analysis with Chi-square test, it is found that there is a relationship between the working period and the knowledge about the application of exclusive giving rule with the value of ρ value 0.001, and there is an educational relationship to the knowledge about the application of exclusive giving rule with value ρ value 0.001. concluison : There is a working relationship and education of health personnel to knowledge about exclusive giving.
