HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI DENGAN KINERJA PETUGAS KESEHATAN PADAMASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI PUSKESMAS PEMULUTAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR TAHUN 2019
Abstract
Motivation can be interpreted as the driving force that makes a member of an organization willing and willing to mobilize abilities in the form of expertise or skills, energy and time to carry out various activities that will be their responsibility and fulfill their obligations in order to achieve the goals and various targets of the organization that have been determined. Low motivation can have an impact on reducing the performance of health workers. Based on the results of a survey with the head of the Pemulutan Community Health Center, it is known that there are still health workers who lack discipline when carrying out their work. This is likely caused by low motivation of health workers. To find out the relationship between motivation and the performance of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Ilir between motivation and the performance of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Ilir sectional design. The total population in this study was all health workers at the Pemulutan Community Health Center, namely 48 people. Sampling was carried out using the Total Sampling Method. Based on the results of the Chi-Square statistical test at the significant level α = 0.05, bivariate analysis found that there is a physiological relationship with the performance of health workers (p value= 0.001<0.05), there is a relationship between job security and the performance of health workers (p value= 0.000<0.05), there is a social relationship with performance health workers (p value = 0.000 < 0.05), there is a relationship between appreciation and the performance of health workers (p value = 0.001 < 0.05) and there is a relationship between self-actualization and the performance of health workers (p value = 0.000 < 0.05). There is a relationship between physiological, job security, social, esteem and self-actualization on the performance of health workers at the Pemulutan Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir district. So the Community Health Center needs to pay more attention to the needs of health workers who can increase enthusiasm and encouragement in completing the work as well as possible.
