HUBUNGAN ANTARA PARITAS, PENDIDIKAN DAN PEKERJAAN DENGAN PEMAKAIAN ALAT KONTRASEPSI SUNTIK 3 BULAN DI BPM SAGITAPALEMBANG TAHUN 2018
Abstract
Month injection contraception is the most widely used contraception by women of childbearing age (WUS). The high number of 3-month injecting birth control users is influenced by parity, education, and employment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a correlation between parity, education and employment with the use of contraception for 3 months. The design of analytic survey research using cross sectional approach. The population was all mothers who came to use 3-month injection contraception at bpmsagita Palembang by totaling 293 people. Based on the results of the Bivariate Analysis, mothers who had high risk parity using 3 months injection contraception were 174 people (59.4%) more than mothers with low risk parity who used 3 months injection contraception, there was 119 people using injection contraception. 3 months, there was 174 people (50.2%) more than mothers with low risk parity using injection contraception for 3 months, amounting to 119 people (40.6%). From the Bivariate Analysis, we found a significant correlation between parity and contraceptive use. 3 months injection (p value = 0.03), and a significant relationship was obtained between education and the use of 3 months injection contraception (p value = 0.03), and there was no meaningful relationship between work and injection contraceptive use. 3 months (p value = 0.04). It was suggested that especially midwives who work at BPM Sagita Palembang in 2018 to improve good counseling about Injecting Contraception as an effective and efficient contraception.
