ANALISIS KEPUTUSAN IBU DALAM MEMILIH PENOLONG PERSALINAN DI KELURAHAN PAKU SENGKUNYIT WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MARTAPURA KABUPATEN OKU TIMUR TAHUN 2018

Abstract

In an effort to reduce MMR, one health worker directly involved in maternal and child health services is a midwife. Data at Martapura Public Health Center in 2017 still found a maternal mother whose birth was assisted by not a health worker  that is as much as 19,95%. While the data in the discarded Paku Sengkunyit found a maternal mother whose birth assisted by not a health worker is as much as 18.70%. This study was conducted to see the relationship with the selection of birth attendants. The research design was Cross-Sectional. The Population is a mother who comes from the year 2017 which is 139 people with big sample 104 respondent. The statistical test is a chi-square test. Data analysis was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Univariate analysis was obtained by 78 (75%) of respondents whose delivery was assisted by health personnel, 65 (62,5%) of respondents were good knowledgeable category, 61 (58,7%) respondents of income category > UMK, 55 (52,9%) category of respondents not being health participants and as many as 60 (57.7%). The result of the bivariate analysis shows the relationship between knowledge and health with p-value (<0,05). In this study proved that knowledge, health and family associated with the selection of maternity helpers in maternity mothers.
