HUBUNGAN PENDIDIKAN DAN PEKERJAAN IBU DENGAN PEMBERIAN MP-ASI DINI DI BPM WIWIET WULANDARI PALEMBANG TAHUN 2021

Abstract

Additional food of breast feed is the food or drink which contain subtances given to a baby or kid to fulfill their nutrition.The additional food is given with breast milk starting from 6until 24 months old. This research aimed to find out relation of women’s education and job with additional food of mature breast feed giving at BPM Wiwiet Wulandari Palembangin 2021. The kind of this research was analitic quantitative ny using cross secrional approach. The population of this research was all women that came to BPM Wiwiet Wulandari Palembang. The sample was taken by using accidental sampling technique. Respondents’ distribution frequency who gave additional food of mature breast feed was 59,5%, it was more than those who didnt was 40,5%. Respondents’ distribution frequency who had high education level were 73,8%, it was more than those who had low education level 26,2%. Respondents’ distribution frequency who didnt work were 57,1%, it was more than those who work namely 42,9%. There was a meaningful relation between eduction with additional food of breast feed giving at BPM Wiwiet Wulandari Palembang in 2021 by p-value = 0,002. There was a meaningful relation between job with additional food of breast feed giving at BPM Wiwiet Wulandari Palembang in 2018 by p-value = 0,007. It It was hoped to BPM Wiwiet Wulandari Palembang could give complete information about usefulness and benefit of exclusive breast feed.
