HUBUNGAN PARITAS DAN USIA IBU DENGAN KELENGKAPAN IMUNISASI DASAR PADA BAYI DI BPM YUSIDA EDWARD PALEMBANG TAHUN 2021
Abstract
According to the WHO (World Health Organizaiton) around 1,5 million children experiencing death every year because illness which can be prevented by immunization. In 2018, obtained about 20 million children don’t get immunization at all. Basic immunization is a program which done to protect someone’s body from desease that caused by virus and bacteria such as tuberculosis, polio, diphtheria, pertusis, tetanus, hepatitis B and measles. The target of the program in baby aged 0-11 months in order to achieve immunity if someday exposure to that desease. The aims of this research is to find out the correlation between parity and mother’s age with basic immunization devices in infant in Yusida Edward Palembang Year 2021. Design of this research is analytic survey with cross sectional approach that is research design by either measurement or observation at the same time between dependent variable (Basic Immunization Devices) and independent variable (Parity and Age). Population in this research is all babies who visit to Yusida Edward Apprentice Palembang Year 2021 on March – April amount 109 and sample in this research is all mothers who have baby aged 9-12 months who visit to Yusida Edward Apprentice Palembang Year 2021 on March – April amount 33 with accidental sampling method, the instrument is check list. Data analysis is done univariate and bivariate. The result of this research indicates that mother who gives basic immunization completely in her baby is (60,6%) more than if compared with the mother who doesn’t give basic immunization completely (39,4%). High parity level of mother (36,4%) is less than if compared with low parity level (63,6%). High risk age level of mother (36,4%) is less than if compared with low risk age level (63,6%). From statistic of chi-square test that compare ρ-value with prosperity rate α 0,05 indicates that there is a correlation between mother’s parity with basic immunization devices with ρ-value result (0,000) and there is a correlation between mother’s age with basic immunization devices in infant with ρ-value result (0,000). From this research can be inferred that there is a significant correlation between parity and mother’s age with basic immunization devices in infant in Yusida Edward Apprentice Palembang Year 2021.
