HUBUNGAN PARITAS DAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP PEMAKAIANALAT KONTRASEPSI SUNTIK DI BPM YUSIDA EDWARD PALEMBANG TAHUN 2020

Abstract

Family Planning service Program takes a pivotal role in controlling the rate of population growth. The most valuable kind of contraception used by some societies of Indonesia namely Birth Control Kit. According to Ministry of Health of Indonesian Republic year 2016, percentage of the active family planning members in Indonesia used Birth control Injection the most 47,96%. According to data of ministry of health of Indonesian Republic year 2020, percentage of the  active family planning members in Indonesia used Birth control injection  are 63,77%. According to Health Ministry Data year 2020, the percentage of active family planning members in Indonesia used Injection Method are the most (63,71%). The aims of this research is to find out the correlation of parity and education in intravesical contraception in Yusida Edward Apprentice Palembang year 2020. In this research used analytic method with cross sectional approach where Independent Variable (Parity and Education) and Dependent Variable (Birth control Injection) collected in the same time. Population in this research is all Family Planning Acceptors who come to Yusida Edward Palembang year 2020. Sample retrieval technique in this research used random sample technique from total of population. According to Bivariate analysis result by using Chi Square statistic test that compare ρ value with prosperity rate α < 0,05 in parity variable obtained ρ value = 0,000 in education variable obtained ρ value = 0,004. The conclusion in this research is that there is a significant correlation between parity and education in intravesical contraception in Yusida Edward year 2020. Expected to  Health Care can give complete information about good knowledge in Birth Control Kit and be ready to use it as an effective and efficient contraceptives.
