HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN PARITAS IBU DENGAN PENGGUNAAN KB SUNTIK 1 BULAN DI BPM HJ. ZUNIAWATI PALEMBANG TAHUN 2019

Abstract

According to WHO the number of contraception users are estimated 460 millions or around 51% from risky pregnant couples. The purpose of this research was to find out the relation between women’s knowledge and parity with 1 month injecting contraception users at BPM. Zuniawati Palembang in 2019. The research design used was analitic survei quantitatif with cross secrional survei namely the research where the data of independent (knowledge, parity) and dependent (1 month injecting contraception) variables. The population taken was 32 women who came to BPM. Hj. Zuniawati Palembang from November-December 2019. The samples taken by using accidental technique, namely sample taking methode by choosing the women who were there. The data instuments used were univarit and bivariat analitic questionaires. The result showed the user of 1 month injecting contraception were 18 women (56,3%), it was 4 women more than those who didnt use. The women who have good knowledge were 25 (78,1%), it was much more than the women who didnt have that were only 7 (21,9%). Low risky parity of the women who used 1 month injecting contraception were 17 (59,4%), it was more than those using low risky parity who were only 15 (42,9%). By the statustic test of chi-square which compared p-value by p-value level on knowledge varable 0,001, on parity variable was gotten p-value 0,004 which means less than p-value 0,05. The suggestion to BPM to be abke to increase her service especially to the women who use 1 month injecting contraception and give complete information for good knowledge about 1 month injecting contraception and want to use injecting contraception as an efective and efficient contraception.
